Position and no of vacancies: HR (Human Resource) Officer – 01
Major responsibilities shall include:
HR (Human Resource Officer) He/she will be overseeing Human Resource department of bank and associated compliance and risk.
Qualifications and Experience:
HR (Human Resource) Officer a) Candidate shall have minimum qualification of Bachelors in Human Resource Management.b) Candidate shall have minimum of 02 years of working experience as HR officer.
Candidates having Master’s degree in HR and having required or higher experience in HR field with any commercial bank operating in Tanzania will be given preference.
